The short version
We collect only what we need to run the shop and support you, we never sell your personal information, and you can ask to see or delete your data anytime.
What we collect
Information you give us (name, email, shipping and billing details, order history, messages) and information collected automatically (device, pages viewed, how you move through the site, and cookies that keep the cart and analytics working).
How we use it
To process and ship orders, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the site, and, only if you opt in, send you email. We do not use your information to make health inferences about you.
Sharing
We share data with the vendors who make the shop work (payment, shipping, email, analytics), each bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing or sale (we do not sell). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email hello@staysteadily.com and we will verify and respond.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the cart and optional analytics cookies to understand what is useful. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser.
Site analytics and session replay
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site, through aggregate metrics, heatmaps and replays of on-page interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Sensitive content is masked before it is stored, and checkout pages are not included. We use this only to find and fix friction on the site. Microsoft processes that data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
