Agreement to terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one that applies.

Our products

Steadily sells dietary supplements. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are companions to, not substitutes for, medical care. Talk to your clinician before starting any supplement, especially alongside a GLP-1 medication.

Orders, pricing and payment

We do our best to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but errors happen; we may correct them and cancel affected orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval you choose until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. You can cancel, pause or change your plan anytime from your account before the next billing date.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, logos and designs are owned by Steadily and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadily is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
