Supply Chain Transparency
Our stance under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act.
Why this page exists
The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act asks companies to be open about their efforts against forced labor and human trafficking in their supply chains. We think that is the floor, not a favor, so here is where we stand.
Verification
We work only with contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers who operate in FDA-registered, cGMP facilities and who can document the origin of what they sell us. We evaluate new suppliers before we buy.
Audits and certification
Our manufacturing partners are subject to third-party audits of their facilities and quality systems. We ask for current certifications and review them, rather than taking a logo on a website at face value.
Accountability and training
We expect our suppliers to uphold lawful, humane labor practices and to hold their own sub-suppliers to the same standard. As we grow, we are formalizing supplier standards and training so this stays true at scale.
A note on our stage
We are a small, honest company building these systems deliberately rather than claiming more than we can show. If you want to know how a specific product or ingredient is sourced, ask us at hello@staysteadily.com and we will tell you what we know.
