Try your first order for 30 days. If it is not right for you, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it. No need to ship back a half-used bottle, and no hoops. We would rather you feel good about the decision than keep a sale you regret.

How to start a return

Email hello@staysteadily.com with your order number and a sentence on what did not work. We reply within one business day with next steps. If a return by mail is needed, we send a prepaid label.

When refunds land

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We will email you the moment it is issued.

Subscriptions

Cancel, pause or swap any subscription anytime from your account, with no fee and no phone call. Changes apply to your next order. Orders already shipped follow the 30-day guarantee above.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to hello@staysteadily.com within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. You keep the original.
